Sign-And-Trade Market Cools For Ely

Melvin Ely has been attempting to facilitate a sign-and-trade deal throughout the summer.

“We’re having conversations with his agent (Dan Fegan) right now,” Bickerstaff said. “They’re still pursuing a sign-and-trade deal.”

Ely has reportedly drawn interest from the Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns this summer, but both teams have retreated from their pursuit.
