Biedrins Returns To Practice After Surgery

Andris Biedrins joined the Warriors in practice on Thursday for the first time since his appendectomy last week, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

He didn't strain himself, simply throwing the ball around, taking some layups and moving around cautiously.

"Just to have him around and know he's OK and know he's going to be back with us soon, that's always a positive," Stephen Jackson told the Chronicle.

Warriors Would Pull Trigger For Brand Or Jermaine Deal?

The Warriors are not looking to add a player with a long-term salary because of their concerns about re-signing Monta Ellis and Andris Biedrins.

But the San Francisco Chronicle reports that they would consider it for a Jermaine O'Neal or Elton Brand, but the likelihood is slim.
