"Hornets point guard Darrell Armstrong will stand trial Dec. 1 in Orlando, Fla., for felony battery on a police officer."
"Armstrong, also booked in July on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence, was scheduled to go to trial Oct. 22. But the proceedings were delayed after the state attorney's office filed an appeal to challenge a circuit court ruling that threw out Armstrong's statement to police."
