Chuck Landon of the Charleston (WVA) Daily Mail feels that "the trash everybody has been talking about Jason is wrong. Dead wrong. Jason has got game and nobody wants to let him use it. Especially Sacramento Coach Rick Adelman. It has been a long time since I've seen a coach utilize a player's talents poorer. Adelman robbed Williams of his creativity." He's an unrepentant defender of the Kings' point guard and says, "if you don't like it, you can kiss my assist."
