Williams hasn't suited up the past two games since leaving in the third quarter against Chicago on March 19. He had been activated just two days earlier after arthroscopic surgery to relieve knee inflammation Feb. 27. Williams is averaging 8.8 points and 4.0 assists. He is eligible to return to the active roster April 4 when the Raptors host Milwaukee. Palacio, averaging 4.7 points and 3.3 assists, has missed the past five games with a swollen left knee. Williams had surgery to relieve inflammation on his right knee Feb. 27 and missed 11 games. He is averaging 8.9 points, 4.1 assists and 31.1 minutes in 54 games this season. His return is good news for the Raptors, who have not had starters Vince Carter, Jalen Rose and Williams together in the lineup since Feb. 1.
