Cards at Brewers Series

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Apr 14, 2022 2:16 am

Cards were rained out Wednesday, that may alter their rotation.

Thursday - 4:14 - Woodruff vs Wainwright
Friday - 7:10 - Peralta vs Mikolas
Saturday - 6:10 - Houser vs Matz
Sunday - 1:10 - Ashby vs TBA
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Cutch driving in Wong for a contending Brewers team is wild.

Early but when did LF forget how to throw to home plate? I played with HS sophomores who could throw home better.

The announcers being all in on this "Cards must be stealing signs" crap just makes it more offensive. Think maybe command is the issue, hm?

Good throw and Cutch is easily out. "McCutchen can still run" - BS. Stop sending him, he's slow.

Not many times your cleanup hitter gets pinch hit for. Not many times you have a scrub like Hiura batting cleanup.

Everybody (not here) wants to blame the hitting coach(es). Eh, time to start pointing fingers at the actual guys swinging the bats.

Isn't the weather still pretty terrible for tailgating?

It is, as it always is this time of year. But 2019, first homestand, Saturday, March 30, also against the Cards, high temp of 45, attendance was 36,655
