If Luka was playing we might be up by 20 (if luka is cooking) but the pace of the game will be slow as heck and we wouldnt have guys scoring in transition like this or guys getting to really play their game. when we play luka ball guys like hardy and green are constrained to shooting 3 and arent really able to score in transition and cut to the basket, etc. i like what im seeing. I hope this carries over.

Luckily Blazers are pure trash, won't be this easy in playoffs or even against above 0.500 teams.

Of course. We need Luka. I just want less Luka ball until last 5 minutes of quarters.

Unfortunately you won't get it. Because he's been the best half court player in the past 4 years and Kidd doesn't know what to do other than to give the ball to him or Kyrie.

Luka is probably the best scorer in the first half... they playing the blazers... they lost to memphis without Luka, where was that team basketball.

All players got to play. Lowest scorer were powell with 6 in more then twice the on court time as the g-leaguers and 2way guys. Looked good from brown 3 and omax need to gt the game to slow down cause his decisonmaking get better, but damn he is huge

Man the Blazers suck, I hope Nico doesn't trade for Grant.

Spoiler:

Lawsn is a legit off ball guard in the league, decent defense, hustle, decent shot, and great hops, many teams can do worse for 10th/11th roster spot.

Portland is trash, we don't need him this game...

Portland is way worse than trash

Good games to pump our players trade value. Well done.

Btw Powell looks like mediocre even against those scrubs... He is a G-Leaguer.

I still think Lawson can fill the void if we move Green. He seems to be a much better fit with Luka.
He also has to be one of the fastest players in the league and has the potential to be an elite defender.

Green has much better handles and passing instincts, Lawson also has the confidence problem in his shot like Green has, Lawson is strictly off ball player, he's also very weak physically, but yeah, if the right deal is there for Green, Lawson can fill for 15 MPG given how Exum is playing.

In how many games did Josh's, pretty basic ball handling, prove to be important?

It's been a bad year for him, but last year it was important when Luka went down, and the last game.
I said that given Mavs have 3 ballhandlers now, it's not as important.
