Holmes still with 0 minutes in a game like this is absolutely absurd.

Play a little zone in the 2nd half particularly when they have Slo-Mo AND Gobert out there. No reason not to pack the paint with these guys out there at the same time. Slo-Mo has the slowest shot in history. Looks comical.

Or... hear me out. Mavs should just forfeit games when Lively is not playing :D

As good as Kyrie can be as a star, Lively is probably Mavs 2nd most important player at this point.

Not gonna age well.

Minnesota looks like they're playing on 80% and the game is still tied... Rebounding is a problem

Luka should stop playing through injuries, his body language is horrible and has no lift.

This game is a prime example of NOT playing Luka Ball. The ball is moving, the transition scoring is up, multiple guys are involved in the offense. Luka ball towards the end of the game is fine. We still need a 4 that can finish at the basket and a backup vet center with some toughness/rebouding.

Its really not worth debating. Lively is not our 2nd most important player. He is a 19 year rookie who is a decent rebounder and mostly a beneficiary on the offensive end based on Luka and Kyrie's penetration. You may be able to argue he's our 3rd most important player considering our defense and rebounding issues. With that being said, we need to upgrade the 4 and we need a vet center not named Powell, imo.

Rebounds and defense is more important than Kyrie scoring.

Luka cooking at the end of the quarter. I love how he's picking his spots without taking his teammates out of the game.

By that Logic, Rudy Gobert is a more important player than Anthony Edwards. It's just not true. It's really a silly argument tbh.

First of all, i said it jokingly, maybe you missed that and 2nd, you can't be watching this game and following Mavs entire year thinking Lively is not one of the most impactful players on the team? +9 On/Off and opponents shooting only 55% against him around the rim.

For the Mavs Lively being the only big yes, he is more important... Mavs got Powell and Williams as bigs! Plus Exum been giving them great contributions in Kyrie absence.
