This is probably our best 1st quarter all year. Balling is humming, defense is great. Amazing basketball.

Great first Q,good D, some good fast breaks,they made their shots(even difficult ones)...Just need to rebound better, don't give them second and third chances

It's driving me crazy how bipolar this team is. Couldn't hit an ocean vs MEM but now can't miss vs Knicks.

And also, probably best quarter from Green this year. Amazing defense and confidence on offense. Wish he could play like this all the time, Mavs would be a completely different team.

Its because certain players are not bringing it every game. Simple as that. Green in particular. He should be our best perimeter defender every game and he should be pushing out tempo on the wing by running the floor. If he aint doing that, why is he making 15 mill?

He's making 4M a year not 15M.

I'm referring to why he is being paid 15 mill a year the next 4 years. His effort and toughness has to be there. He also has to be aggressive on offense. If he's not giving that effort and playing with a toughness for this team - what good is he? Jones is making vet min and doing more!

We'll worry about Green's paycheck next year, now it makes no sense. And he probably won't even be on the roster anymore anyway.

THJ's minutes running the point killed all momentum for Mavs, took Kidd long to make any adjustments and still no TO to rally back again.

Mavs do not have 1 pure shooter on the roster. I think they should add one for those times we cannot hit a wide open 3.

When his team is losing, he increasing his aggression and has a tendency to play out of control. Ive seen him do this for years. The downside is it usually works against him.
