Club is in a multi-faceted slump.

Fortunately this is the last west coast trip this year..

It's time to pitch and hit better, starting tonight.

Rays got hammered last night.

It's too painful to post the score....

Rays win 2 straight.

Moore was excellent and Hellickson got good results.

The Rays will need both of them to pitch well.

Yeah, K's and DP's have gone through the roof.

Team recent batting with RISP is way below the Mendoza line.

The Rays seem to be coming out of their slump a little bit, beating Boston and the Twins in the last 2 games. But they can't let up with 4 other teams right behind them.

We lose another lead in late innings to lose thanks to spotty bullpen pitching. This is pretty much the same bullpen that dominated last season. :/ . Just goes to show you the difference a season makes.

Great game!

The Rays beat the Rangers in 12 innings to take the top wild card spot! It was one of the better games this season... If not the best.

Rays win 3 so far against Baltimore.

The pitching staff allowed just 10 hits in the last 29 innings versus the Orioles (.102)

The Rays are heating up when it matters most. Hopefully we can ride this momentum into the playoffs and maybe into the World Series. :D

The Rays are so clutch of late. They've been coming through when they've needed to.

The playoffs are just around the corner but I'm impatient. I'm excited to see if we can make it and what we can do if we do make it.

My personal goal every year is to just win 90 games and then let the cards fall where they may.

Last year the Rays won 90 but did not make the playoffs.

This year the rays will get very very close to 90.

I'm happy with 90 wins no matter the post season opportunities that do or don't happen.

90 wins is my goal every year.

Thankfully the Rays finished with 91.

Now they get to play game 163 if the rangers win.

The Rangers are seemingly getting every call and the Rays are still in great position to get in the playoffs.

I am glad the Rays won against the Rangers, the team that eliminated us last 2 years in the PO's but but they should have cliched the wild card game a week ago.

The umpiring was horrific last night.

Balls/strikes were anything but, but how could 6 umpires miss the trapped ball in CF last night?

The trap was obvious on TV when it was shown live....but 6 umpires? Geez.

Thankfully the Rays were able to hold on.

Price and Longoria delivered big time.

On to Cleveleand....
