Steve Henderson was let go this week as hitting coach .
This was a long time coming IMO.
Any batting coach that would allow BJ Upton to continue his left foot twirl as he has, is obviously clueless. (The twirl totally disrupts the torque on his right side...golfers will know what I am talking about).
That, and the bajillion called third strikes are good enough reasons for me.
