Is he the long term answer at 1st base? I like him, but not sure he is a good enough on defense at first. I hope he keeps pounding the ball like he has because the Nats need some Bats.

Don't know about long term, but I think the Nats have a first base prospect in the minors who will most likely be called up within the next year or two. Marrero I believe his name is, and they've got a catcher in Derek Norris who may be moved to first base b/c it seems like Ramos has that catcher position locked up long term.

I see Morse as our left fielder though. He's only at first because Nix is raking it and LaRoche went down.

I'm really intrigued to see what Morse ends up doing this season being an everyday player.
