Sad news, former Nuggets great Walter Davis has passed away, way too early at the age of 69. Played 3-4 years but truly made an impact on this team

I remember him well having seen him live with Phoenix (against Denver), although he later played for the Nuggets. I also saw him while at the University of North Carolina against my school Tulane. That game played in New Orleans in 1976 went to four overtimes and is considered one of the best college games of all time. They called him "the Greyhound" because of his speed.
