Angels Open to Trading Trout

I fully expect Trout to be traded east to Yankees or Phillies and Ohtani to sign with the Dodgers. Rendon will likely be waived.

Trout can’t stay healthy and seems miserable, uninterested in baseball. Some organization needs to save his baseball career for history’s sake. He really fell off a cliff to a promising start to a career.

Massive change coming to the Angels this offseason.

They really should have traded him and Ohtani and whoever else at the deadline, IMO. I guess they felt they have a good shot to bring Ohtani back but I don't see it happening.

Should have got as much as they could for them while they had the chance.

Scary contract to take but the Yankees might as well do it, I mean what if he makes a full comeback.

If the Angels are going to sit on talent like Trout and Ohtani, and do virtually nothing with them, they might as well go full 'scappy' or half-assed moneyball, and embrace underdog status. The fans will still show up.

Can someone explain why Ohtani has the Blue Jays/Giants/Cubs as his main suitors?

Maybe the dude likes losing...

I'd be pretty surprised if he ends up anywhere but the Dodgers.

Either way - hurry the **** up and decide.

Blue Jays seem to be right there with the Dodgers.
