I'm more fine with it now

I like both Strange and Tank as prospects, it's just the context that I don't like. I wanted a TE, but I wanted one of Darnell Washington or Zach Kuntz, and Strange is kind of a middle ground option that I don't think many people had as a 2nd round pick. Like, Strange is fine as an athlete, had a 9.09 RAS, very good speed, great acceleration/explosive numbers, but he's on the smaller side, and his agility numbers weren't good, especially when you factor in that he's not a big TE. He's a good athlete for a TE, but Zack Kuntz would be a great athlete as a WR. He put up a 10.00 RAS as a TE, but if you score him as a WR, he's a 9.92, and that's the difference to me

Strange is fine, I just thought we'd go some other direction in the 2nd, and we could still pick up a good TE prospect later

I really like Bigsby, even before the draft, I just think RB in the 3rd is kind of a luxury pick for us because at best he'll be a 2nd string guy. And similar to Strange, I had another RB I liked who I think could do more or less the same job but taken later in Roschon Johnson, I'm just a really big fan of him and he's still on the board on day 3

I like the process of trading back to acquire more late round picks, and I think Anton Harrison is both a really good player and a position of need, but I think day 2 could have gone better. Now, if Strange ends up becoming a starting caliber TE, that changes things, but the only way Bigsby makes sense is if ETN gets injured, and I'm not rooting for that, so I kind of have to root against him working out unless he's genuinely an elite RB, which I doubt.

Lions took Hooker!!!

All the picks by the Lions this year left me scratching my head. Not bad picks or players but surprising. Hard to figure them out and taking this direction.

I can not go into next season with Tre Herndon as the starting slot CB

If nothing else, I need us to take someone today who has a chance to be a starting caliber nickel

Antonio Johnson, Clark Phillips, Anthony Johnson Jr, Kei'Trel Clark, just get me somebody to play there

Everything else is just depth. Arden Key dipped, so we need depth at edge, we have no interior pass rushers so one of those would be nice, and a swing tackle just to be on the safe side (Jordan McFadden has experience on both sides of the line and with Trevor at Clemson in 2020, not starting caliber but I'm just looking for backups at this point)

And one more pass catcher. I'm not such a homer that I think Ridley's 1400 yard claim is gonna happen, but he should still be good enough that him, Zay, and Kirk should be a really good trio, and I've been pretty high on both AT Perry and Andrei Iosivas this whole time. I doubt we take another TE, but adding Kuntz would be incredible if we can get him.

Ringo is a 3rd rounder imo. He got drafted exactly where he should have gone.

For the life of me I don't understand why they would want David Montgomery over this kid. Just don't understand what the Lions are doing. None of it makes sense to me.
