Sasser so much better than Hayes

Cade at the 3 with Ivey, Sasser and Ausar also looks good

Best win of the season by a country mile, and for so many reasons.

WOW!

We have won two games in a row this season.

Twice.

Good to see these guys show some resilience, and win one without one of our vets saving the day.

It's a lot more fun without the vets.
They're probably going to need to sign a vet or two to have at least a few older guys in there but trading Bogey and Burks automatically made this season more interesting to watch the rest of the way.

Sasser - Ivey - Cade - Ausar - Duren would really solid for us. Sasser was getting after it on D as well. Ausar was only 3-9 but was a +20 in 28 minutes and he really got after Grant defensively down the stretch after Grant was flat out cooking.

Man I cannot WAIT until Grimes plays with this group now. It may be a minute for him, as I believe he was injured, so I'm unsure.

yeah as cool as it was to see the team come back and win it, if simons didn't get hurt i think it would have been a blowout like it was shaping up to be.

we couldn't guard neither simons nor grant, it was only when we could 100% defend grant when he started to slow down. glad we won but it didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me for the rest of the season.

Man, this is the definition of being a wet blanket.

If the young guys coming back from 23 down, and winning the game in overtime, on a back to back, doesn't inspire confidence, I don't think anything will.

Good game. Probably one of the best times I've had at a Piston game. Glad we won!

Bro you literally said you were going to stop watching the game in the first quarter. I don’t think white hops is being a wet blanket for being objective. It was Jerami Grant and a cast of G leaguers at the end. That haggans dude looked like he just walked out of a ymca pickup game. Exciting game for sure though

At some point we’re going to have to set the bar higher than beating a “g league + grant” blazers squad to get excited.

Let me know when I can do that I guess.

I remember when this guy was going after me for being too negative back in the day.

Sustained losing has an effect.

And yeah, Simons was killing us. I’m glad we showed some resilience and came back, but Jerami was trying to carry them. And we know how far he can carry a team. Jalen’s monster game gets a bit of an asterisk too- they played no bigs.

Still gotta take the wins where we can. I’m glad we came back, I don’t think an earlier season version of this team would have.
