General Week 6 NCAA Football Chatter

Post#1 » by bleu » Thu Oct 6, 2016 12:59 am

Not a ton of interesting games early this week, but Saturday has a fairly good slate. I'm predicting we see some pretty sizable upsets, you never know what is going to happen now that conference play is in full swing. Anyways, here's a thread to talk about anything and everything related to this week's games.

Anybody going to be watching any of tonight's games? Not much going on, but I'll probably tune into the Boise State-New Mexico game for a little bit.

This NC State-Notre Dame game is insane. There are literally puddles on the field. I can't believe that they're even playing it in these conditions.

Yeah, Kansas very well may win this game. That's one of the few that I'm flipping between at the moment. I would really love to see NC State pull an upset over Notre Dame as well though.

Blocked punt for a TD in the NC State-Notre Dame hurricane bowl! First TD of the game.

Really don't understand why Indianas fumble wasn't reversed. Arm and ball clearly going forward. Leads to an easy Ohio st td

Hokies and Tar Heels in a defensive battle. There have been a combined 50 yards passing with a few minutes left in the first half.

Idk how much weathers factoring in but Houston is on upset alert.

Meanwhile ok st caught some of Texas tackling techniques from last week. This is embarrassing

Yeah, Houston is certainly struggling right now. They've got to come back if they want any hope at a playoff berth. Bad weather like this certainly benefits a triple-option team like Navy though.

Michigan State isn't great but that's still an impressive road win.

I love coach Ken. Might be my favorite coach in all of college football, very impressive guy.

Congrats on a big road win, I didn't catch much of it but that's an impressive win whether MSU is in a down year or not.

Today was a good day.

And as a note, Rutgers currently has 16 yards offense and 31 penalty yards vs. UM.
