come on hawks! please don't have a let down!

i really want to beat wisconsin. interesting note that will cause iowa (the road team this year) to lose the game: the road team has won the last 6 matchups in this series

Friday night

#9 Washington @ Stanford
Stanford may not be ranked, but advanced metrics say this is a very good team (e.g., #14 in FPI). Washington has to win out to contend for the playoff. The Huskies have multiple challenges left, but this road game against a solid Stanford team may be their toughest.

Saturday midday

#12 Michigan State @ #13 Ohio State
Huge implications for Big Ten, major bowls, and possibly even the playoff, if there's enough chaos elsewhere.

#1 Georgia @ #10 Auburn
FPI actually (barely) likes Auburn to win this one at home, which would be a huge blow to the SEC push to get two teams into the playoff. By the way, Auburn is on a short list of teams that pretty well control their own destiny into the playoff.

Florida State @ #4 Clemson
FSU is better than their record — #24 according to FPI. Still doesn't seem like they can beat Clemson, but it didn't seem like Syracuse could either...

#20 Iowa @ #8 Wisconsin
Wisconsin finally gets a legit test against a team that destroyed Ohio State and is just a few heartbreaking plays away from being right in the middle of the playoff conversation.

Saturday evening

#2 Alabama @ #16 Mississippi State
Alabama has played one road game against a team in the FPI top 70, and they did not impress (squeaked by FPI #43 Texas A&M). This is their toughest game so far.

#3 Notre Dame @ #7 Miami
Massive playoff implications.

#6 TCU @ #5 Oklahoma
This may be round 1 of 2. If either of these teams sweeps the series, they're a near lock for the playoff.

Please knock off Wisconsin. For the Husky in me.

Nice set up for the weekend. Much like I see it.

badgers drive right down the field but the hawks hold on the stand and force a fg

hopefully we can move the ball on their defense
