Nah.
Rivalries are born out of moments and incidents that create a long lasting fued and hatred between the teams. We don;t have that with the Kings.
Think Bulls/Knicks or the 90's, or Celtics/Lakers of the 80's. You can even point towards the Warriors/Cavs of the mid 2010's, that was a rivalry due the Steph/Lebron thing.
A good one to always look at, is the Red Wings/Avalanche in the NHL from the late 90's and early 2000's, that was born out of multiple seasons worth of battles, moments, fights, drama and incidents that went way beyond the ice. Rivalries create a huge response from the fans away from the game, and we don't have that with the Kings. We are just geographically located in the same area, so it's natural to assume we are rivals, but, nope.
