With less than week left until the big day I think it's time to get some Draft Discussion going.
Since we addressed our Interior D-line with the trade for Stroud and the signing of Spencer Johnson we addressed one of our major needs.
Signing Kawika Mitchell also eliminates going LB on the first day.
That leaves us with WR, TE, DE, CB as our major needs.
O-Line depth, D-Line Depth, LB Depth, ST's as our Secondary needs.

Regarding Limas Sweed
SWEED'S WRIST: Texas WR Limas Sweed is another player with an injury concern coming off a bad wrist injury. Bills scout Shawn Heinlen who put together reports on Sweed said ultimately whether an injury is an issue that affects a player's draft grade comes down to the team's medical staff

A wrist injury isn't something you should be concerned about.
NC, would you like to see the Bills draft a WR with their 1st pick? Personally I'm not enamoured with this WR class at all. As a Colts fan with a late 2nd rounder as our first pick I'd pass on pretty much any WR and that is a position of need for us with Marvin's career in question.
I see Sweed as somewhat intriguing for you guys though. He's a tall WR which would be a nice complement to Lee Evans.

I'd like to go DE with the first pick. I've been pimping Derrick Harvey I just doubt we go in that direction.
The WR class isn't like year's past but there is still some players to be had. I'm not sure a WR at #11 is what we should do but it looks like we're going in that direction with Devin Thomas being the front runner.
I like Sweed but I think his height really masks how he plays. He's not all that physical well not as physical as Devin Thomas is.

I think Harvey is much better value at #11 than any WR in this draft.

Latrell I've loved what the Bills have done with McKelvin and Hardy.
I know I had McKelvin rated behind Cason and Flowers but he's been the consensus highest rated CB so I'm pretty pleased with that.
James Hardy is a 6'6 WR who is going to win jumpballs in the redzone and with the Bills having a lot of hard time punching the ball in the endzone in the 20 he's going to be a major boost.
Put Hardy alongside Evans and his numbers will increase, Lynch will have more open holes, Trent Edwards will be better and if we address the TE position on Day 2 we've built ourselves a pretty good nucleus.
