Chase Daniels did what he is paid to. Keep in mind Daniels got ZERO first team reps to prepare.

So I guess we could say, that 3rd preseason game helped the Bears win today

Eat it Pace haters

Huge win for this team. Literally the shortest gap between games in NFL history and with the backup QB, on the road against a team you played 10 days ago.

8-3 with the Giants next. Get another victory and then bring on the Rams. BEAR DOWN CHICAGO BEARS!

27/37, 230 yards, 2 td, 0 ints

Expecting or demanding anything more is just crazy. He's a back up for a reason.

The Bears are 8-3 and you're posting this? Dude, get some perspective. Daniel played great and Parkey hasn't lost us any games.

Get out.. you kno we need better special teams coach, returner (to help Cohen), an additional CB to replace Cooper and taller Wideouts (instead of Mizzell). We survived thats all and it'll show againt better QBs other than Statford.

Kudos to Pace on getting him in here, kudos to Nagy and Chase for doing their job and winning this game.

Remember how badly the Bears fell apart when Cutler went out?

I expect more for 10 mil. Defense saving the day costs less.

You sure are nitpicking a player who got no reps.

Honestly though... Im starting to believe you enjoy complaining. For example, the Bears win a nationally televised game with their back up QB on the shortest rest for any team ever (I believe), and your counter to Susan's excitement included finding a replacement for our 5th or 6th DB.

Yes the special teams coach could use upgrading. Another KR would be nice. Replacing Cooper will take place once Bray goes back to the Practice Squad. Thats a short list compared to most other teams.

He's getting $5m this year. HE JUST WON A FREAKING GAME FOR US. Mitch is developing, that QB room is in a really good space.

8-3 dude.

No..my counter to Susan is that this back up QB is overpaid. A back up QB could do this for less money

No point in discussing this with you. Dude played well, didn't lose the game for us and threw two good TD passes. Maybe we could pay our backup QB $1.5m less, who cares?

Have fun complaining the rest of the year! I'll be enjoying watching Pace's moves pay off.

No I'm not a homer I just have a short fuse for the complaining Bear fan. Some of the stuff they complain about drives me nuts. Like "Trubisky is only doing well because his receivers arent dropping his passes" lol. The ridiculousness.

If thats not you i apologize... But your in game posts gave off that type of impression.

Either way enjoy your Thanksgiving everybody!

Of course im happy with the win but with the backup qb playing well the Bears almost lost to the Lions.

Not exactly a SB perfomance.
For 10 mil u should be kissing chase d behind for a nice spot start

Then you didnt read MY posts. Show where I said Mitch wasn't getting better, show where i said last game I said he wasn't improving against the blitz. I did say Parkey wasnt worth 9 mil and Chase wasn't worth 10 mil. Does that mean Im saying Pace didnt retain Fangio or draft EJ? Or did i say do appreciate Pace's efforts in this very thread. A homer jumps to conclusions and assumes someone is bashing when it doesnt fot their personal views without actually looking at what was said. Thats what YOU came off as. Happy thanksgiving to you and yours as well.
