I'm actually surprised the Bears are favored by 3 in this one. I think they are going to need the defense to generate 4+ TOs again. I can't see this offense keeping up in a shootout. Not even going to bother guessing the final sore.score.

Hopefully Fitzpartick has his patented terrible game and throws a couple of pick 6s.

Bears need to pull this one out. Lots of offensive weapons on the Bucs.

Rewatching Trubisky last week i walked away feeling better about the situation.

Its like your passenger side mirror "objects are closer than they appear" .. I believe the same goes for Mitch and his development in this offense.

He's close.

This week I hope to see quicker reads and plenty of deep balls.

Couple weeks ago on locked on Bears podcast Mark Schofield shared his opinion on evaluating QBs. He said they should be getting better each game but you look at it in 4 game segments. If by game 4 he doesn't show some type of break through improvement then that is where his development pace would be considered below average and legitimate concern is warranted.

Side note comment: wonder how Kaepernick would look in Nagy's offense.

Mitch seems to struggle out of the empty set.
Its starting to become more obvious because otherwise mitch can be pretty dynamic.

Evidenced by having close to a season 70% completion percentage despite a growing body of work of missing easy passes.

Overall i feel having a back in the backfield to help mitch, can help him develop

Bucs are also the worst pass d in the league, but this is really good. 21-3 bears. Bears got to finish the game , unfortunately i wont be able to finish watching the game because i have to go to work, lol

Mitchell finally looking a top two pick. Wow. What a difference when you give him some time.

Bear fans feeling pretty lucky right now too. We have the best defense in the NFL and our offense looks like it could be very good too in time.

Susan must be having a blast. Mitchell setting franchise records for a franchise with quite a history.
