Man, he looks like he wants to cry. But that pick was a shocker.

Yea the Ginn pick and Levi Brown pick got me off guard. I can't believe they said the Cardinals had Brown rated higher than Thomas. Anyways, I think someone will trade up for Quinn if he falls a few picks more. Which seems very likely. Really funny listening to Kiper rant on how terrible it is on the Dolphins to pass on Quinn and take Ginn.

Im copying Smooth off of RCF but just look at the teams coming up and their QB situations:

10|Houston (from Atlanta) - Schaub
11|San Francisco - Smith
12|Buffalo - Losman
13|St. Louis - Bulger --- Maybe
14|Carolina - Delhomme/Carr --- Maybe
15|Pittsburgh - Big Ben
16|Green Bay - Favre/Rogers --- Maybe
17|Jacksonville - Leftwich/Garrard --- Maybe
18|Cincinnati - Palmer
19|Tennessee - Young
20|N.Y. Giants - Manning
21|Denver - Cutler
22|Dallas - Romo
23|Kansas City - Hell yea if he falls

Unless St. Louis takes him Quinn will be falling until someone makes a trade. If he drops to 20 I think we HAVE to move up.

The Cards were confused obviously. I loved when the guys basically stopped the show to clarify that in no way would Brown be a better player than Thomas. But yeah, there were people who didn't think Ginn would go until the second round. That he'd be maybe the 4th WR off the board.

There are teams like Chicago that very well might look at getting him as well.

I don't want to give up a first rounder next year though.

If we're going to trade for him, I hope he falls to pick 20. We could give up our second and third to get him. I don't want to give away future first rounders either. For all we know, we could pick top 3 again.

A 2nd this year and a 2nd year coupled with a late round pick this year will definitely be enough value wise... Or even a 2nd this year, 3rd next year and a 4th round pick this year..

Yea we wont have to give up a 1st rounder to get him, just a combo of later round picks. I really want this to get done.

If it only take this year and next years 2nds I'm all for it. And I'm not even really a Quinn fan.

Yea I would do this years and next years second rounders for him in a heartbeat. The farther he falls though, the better for us value wise.

It's the moment of truth with Dallas on the clock. KC is next and they'll take Quinn. If we're going to get it done, it's now or never.

I don't know.. I think it's a possibility but they still have Green, Huard and Croyle.. They are also very, very weak on the defensive line and guy like Alan Branch or a WR like Meachem or Bowe....
