Hartwell COULD play. Still, he is rapidly on the decline...ask Falcons fans. It's not a bad idea, but it's not an impact signing if he does sign.

The Bengals have agreed to terms with veteran linebacker Ed Hartwell on a one-year deal, according to his agent, Harold Lewis.
