Norm Chow would be a great hire for sure. The open DC position will overshadow the offense's struggles, and it's rather unfortunate. As good as Cincinnati's offense is, they haven't really played up to expectations even when everyone knew about the porous defense.
If there was a way to swing him over here, I'd do it.
