Gutey's 2022 class might go down as an all timer. 2 starting OTs, 2 starting WRs, a starting linebacker, and that's not even taking Wyatt, Enagbare, or Toure into account

Not going to get excited until we play a good QB.

It's worth noting DVOA factors opponent in

I'm not gonna hard disagree or anything, but this always feels like something that's said every season. What guys on the remaining schedule would be considered "good" even? Herbert and Pat Mahomes seem like the only obvious ones. Kirk? Jared Goff? Those guys aren't any sort of level above Derek Carr. When you canvas the league for good QB's, the list is always a lot smaller than you think it is.

While the elite is certainly a small group, we got to play Fields and one half against Winston. We also made Ridder look competent with 7.4 Y/A.

Probably should be worried about good running teams and backs, like Atlanta. That’s where this defense will have it’s most issues and has for awhile now.

Ive got Kirk twice (I know he's a Viking, but the guy has been good for 30TD's year in year out for a while now, hard not to count him as a good QB at this point), Mahomes, Stafford, Herbert. Outside of that, it's that pile of blegh. Point made on them being few and far between is very very true. We've got like 9 games against that pile of blegh remaining.

Special teams finally moving to where it belongs.

Only a few spots to go before it slinks back to its comfortable place at 32.

Although I will say, seeing savage make a great open field tackle on ST's in the 4th was such a breath of fresh air.

If anyone ever feels bad about the 3rd round curse, or whenever the Packers whiff on a high draft pick, just have a gander at the last 4 Vikings draft classes. Woof.

How do the Packers consistently draft and develop elite offensive lines? It's witchcraft. Myers and Newman definitely on the lower end but even they haven't sunk the team by being unplayable. I think you have to go back to Derek Sherrod to find the only real bust.

Sherrod got his leg destroyed by Hali his rookie season and was never the same after that so at least he has a pretty good excuse.

This new video touches on exactly how bad their drafts have been.

I remember Jason Spriggs was supposed to be a good lineman that fell to us in the 2nd but pretty much flopped. We're very lucky the Packers can develop O-Line.

Yeah unfortunate situation for him.

Yeah, Spriggs was definitely a bust. Crazy that was already 7-years ago though, so it just furthers the point. Only 2-3 real O-line busts in like, the last 15-years is insane.
