Revis isn't gunna play and our defense will step up but it's gunna come down to henne, he's gotta make it happen this game

Miami Running Game should show up bigtime. The weakness in the 46 defense is running up the middle and yards after catch. That full blitz provide no second wave of defense in the running game. Once you get past the first wave there is open field because linebackers are blitzing. Passing game, well this is why Ginn was successfull against this defense, there is plenty of room to run after the catch which made Ginn speed deadly. We dont have that speed any longer. Hartline and Best have not shown they can make big plays after the catch. It will be interesting to see how Marshall is used against this defense.

the problem though, is that Ginn seemed to be allergic to catching the ball. so his speed didn't really help much in that aspect, IMO. i think if we don't go the conservative route (offensively), we should be just fine.

i've been really impressed by our defense so far this year, the last game especially. so this should be one hell of a game tonight. i hope Henne trusts his arm in this one.

Yeah, on paper it would have been perfect now that Marshall is here, but in actuality he's still Ted Ginn and would still drop wide open passes and shy away even from phantom contact. Too bad, he had all the makings of a Jet-killer.

Anyway, we don't NEED to see a big game from Henne... yet. That will have to come next week, when we get to face the woeful Patriots secondary. But let's remember that Henne's two best games last year were the home games against the Jets and Patriots.

Our guys finally get to play at home after easing into the regular season flow in two tough road venues. Mark Sanchez, on the other hand, is probably overconfident after shredding the Patriots secondary, and he's just had two straight home games to open the season. He has yet to throw a pick this season. This has all the makings of a meltdown for him, so we have to get into his head and rattle the kid.

We need to run early and run often... but without fumbling, R&R! Against the Jets blitz, we have to be looking for that one big run that could break the game wide open. The earlier we can strike, the better, to put pressure on Sanchez.

I'll be interested to see if Marshall eats Cromartie's lunch, and how aggressively they cover him. I think this will be his breakout game as a Dolphin... Hartline will also do fine, I think he got his legs under him in the Vikings game, and Fasano has looked like a completely different player since Marshall's arrival.

Anyway, more than anything I'm dying to see our defense in action again. I was surprised at how fun it was to watch them the last two games, compared to how they looked last year.

Holy crap what an awful call.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

They woke up but I'm not satisfied at all so far. Marshall has got to get a TD and I hope the D can get some turnovers.
