Bucs FA QB Mike Glennon signs with the Bears....

Glennon, who has been Winstons back up the past two seasons, and a starter under Schiano, signed a 3 yr deal for $43.5 mill(14.5 mill per season) with the Bears. A few days ago the Bucs offered Glennon a deal that would have paid him over $ 8 mill per season, making him the highest paid backup QB in the NFL, but Glennon declined and still wanted a chance to start.
