I for one am happy we got though the craziest part of the offseason trade cycle with our youth intact.

Intrigued at how we can develop RJ Hampton too. Talent isn’t his issue. We usually give our 2 way guys decent reps, and I expect he will be no different.

cont from the last thread ...

The problem with looking at one player and trying to predict their longevity at the end is personal bias. It's more likely that Jimmy will follow the same general trajectory as 99% of players rather than that of Lebron. It just is. First of all Jimmy is not now nor has he ever been Lebron. He was never as good, he was never that kind of genetic freak, he doesn't appear to have the same sort of (alleged) pharma connections, and he historically hasn't been as durable as Lebron.

Lebron is Lebron. One of the all-time greats and an outlier in comparison to pretty much everyone.

And frankly if you look at Lebron's stats, age 34 hit him too. If you look at games played, minutes played, and total points, there's a very noticeable before and after effect.

We have maybe one, maybe two years left of near superstar Jimmy, followed by a third of him likely being an untradeable massive hole in our cap. I can't worry about our young guys or how they might develop. This organization has to have a sense of urgency. It has to have the same sort of urgency it demands of it's players.

The look of someone about to turn up the Heat! Would love for Herro to be so effective that he is able to make a demand like that!

Lowry has been a fair FA flop. Hopefully we can utilise his expiring and some picks to land a difference maker that elevates our possibilities.

Who would of thought that old aging 6ft guards would not be worth their contract.

I've been pretty consistent for years now with this so we'll see, me and you were arguing about this almost 2 1/2 years ago. We'll probably be talking about it next year and beyond unless there's a major injury.

He was a clear bust since day one. Another bad contract to the collection. He had his moments duo..
Now we can move his expiring to add some pieces hopefully.
