Power Play Pain

New to Columbus. Just bought 1/4 season tickets this year and am enjoying watching the Jackets play.
Am really curious about there lack of any type of productive power play (although they did score last night against the Rangers). They are last in the league ... by far. Currently at 10.4 conversion. Any thoughts?
