Pretty sloppy game agaisnt the flames last night, Quinn can't be happy with that performance. Penner did play well though, somethining I haven't been able to say about him alot, hopefully he keeps it up.

Brule played really well against Calgary too, he was doing a great job finishing his checks and making solid plays on both ends. I really hope he lights it up this season, I think he can be a good player.

Ya Khabibulin choked again, he's looked really shakey. But then again he had a really slow start last but finished very strong.

A win is a win I guess, it got sloppy at the end and Horcoff is moron but Khabibulin pulled though for us and played well, hopefully he can keep it up.

Great win in Nashville tonight. Deslauriers was great tonight and Brule and Stortini played very well tonight.

I'm really liking what i'm seeing from Brule so far this year, he's been playing great on both ends of the ice and is really starting to show why he was drafted so high. I really like this guy and I think he's going to do well and be a big part of this team.

Nashville should be embarassed. I am embarassed for them by proxy. They were never in this game and it only got worse as it went on. Terrible performance.

And yeah, Brule's really coming together. He's starting to look like he'll live up to the potential that got him drafted 6th overall in the first place. Since our team seems to be made up of a lot of those kinds of guys, top-rated prospects who their teams eventually deemed expendable after their development stagnated, it's nice to see at least one on the cusp of legitimately breaking out. Of course, it's only been a few games and he'll no doubt slow down as the season wears on, but we might as well be optimistic, right?

I never though I'd be saying this either but it really seems like Penner is coming around too. He's been playing hard on both ends and he's finally starting to use his size to his advantage. That Penner, Comrie, Brule line is looking really good.

We've been shutout in two consecutive games and we're turning the puck over way too many times in our own end. Hopefully we can turn it around against Detroit on Thursday.

Another loss! I lol'd when the fire alarm started going off and then we scored a goal, probably the only way we can get powerplay goals.
