There are rumours he could be doing anything from haveing a state of the union to stepping down from the organization so we'll have to see

Shoot, I didn't even hear about this. Any news on what happened?

turned out to be just a state of the union, but they were very tight lipped about it earlier so people got to thinking that he might step down, but he didn't

Yeah, but thats how Gainey conducts business. He doesn't say much, and doesn't like too big a deal. Just his demeanor really.
