Was recording a chat w/ owner Glen Taylor when he dropped that deal would be done by today’s deadline. Mentioned how they got Jaden side to come down. That being said, seems like a very fair deal, especially after Vassell signed. Glen mentioned Vassell deal was a factor. #Twolves
Interesting that Vassell's deal was a factor in Jaden's deal getting done.

Good information. Thanks. No team or player option on any of the years?

Reported no team or player options, 5 mil of it would be bonuses.

Reading your posts is nothing but bad take after bad take, pretty exhausting..

Or one year over the cap, give Gobert a 4 year extension with 1/2 the money so he doesn't exercise his player option year. The big question now is will Ant get a max or supermax? That will determine how much we have left over for Conley and who do we keep between Brown and/or Milton.

Maybe this is wishful thinking, but if we are successful next season, and Mike Conley stays for less money to be longterm, I wonder if that would encourage Gobert to do the same?

I also have to admit I under-estimated the Trade Board. Most don’t have a problem with the contract.
