Besides choking what have the Rangers done the last couple of years?

2010? Missed the playoffs by 1 lousy point because they lost in OT in the final game against the Flyers in a frigging shootout.

2011? Blew a 3-0 lead against the Capitals.

I don't even want to mention 09. 08, 07 and 06.

You dont win the Stanley Cup or playoff series by blowing easy winnable games.

it was 3-1 when they lost to the caps, christ(edit) people calm down the series is 1-1 lol

1992 against the Penguins. 1993 with Leetch's injury, the head coach getting fired, missing the playoffs. Missing the playoffs every single frigging year from 1998-2004. Outside of 1994, the team finds a new frigging way to choke every single year. Rangers can barely keep up with the FRIGGING SENATORS and I am supposed to believe that this group of historic choke artists and under achievers are going to be able to beat the Bruins, Penguins, Flyers, Nucks, Sharks, Red Wings of the World?

Like I said, Torts better tear every one of them a new butt hole tonight. Especially Hagelin. His mother f'ing stupidity cost them the game.

Guys, this isn't years past. Let the past go already. The only season that means something is this season, here in 2011-2012. And here in 2011-2012? The Rangers were the 2nd best team in the league and the #1 Eastern Conference team. But yet we have some Ranger fans calling the Rangers a choke job, or that they're "done" all because of one playoff loss? This is the playoffs, hockey playoffs at that... A series doesn't start until a road team wins a game. That's the playoffs for you. Now, if there's people already giving up or bashing the #1 seed Rangers after only 1 playoff loss, I'd hate to see the Knicks make the playoffs after splitting the first two games. Some of these posters on this board would go complete ape ****

**** I am pissed off, this team should have won with 4 minutes to go in this game, but they **** up again...They played prevent defense in the 3rd period and lost their forecheck. It resulted in Senators firing long shots every **** time.

Alot of fluke goals on Lundqvist...A own goal, and that stupid OT goal was an occurence with the Rangers player falling on Henrik and him losing his stick

anyone watching the philly / pit debacle. both these teams should be ashamed of themselves, but it really is incredible to see how immature and childish crosby is. a ton of fun to watch this disaster lol but man if the pens arent the dirtiest team in the league i dont who is.

Penguins getting upset in the first round would be awesome and would make the Rangers beating the Senators even more important due to the Penguins owning the Rangers all season.

3 game suspension for Hagelin. FC UK THE NHL. So it's ok to throw cheap shot punches but try to do a check and it goes into the head gets a 3 game suspension.

an embarassment. nhl botched this one, by that rationale asham should be gone for 20 games for what he did today

on hagelin to the fact that shanny said that because the player got injured hagelin got more games is absurd. intent should far out weigh whether or not a player got hurt. by this rational anytime u go to hit a guy who has a concussion history you're liable to be suspended for multiple games. another guy on the sens, his name escapes me, made the exact same hit to callahan's head earlier in the game and he didnt receive any type of suspension because callahan was ok. i wonder if alfredsson does play in the next if they'll reduce hangelin suspension, cause based on what shanny said if alfredsoon doesnt miss game, they suspension shouldnt be three games. (sarcasm, theres not chance of this happening)

these suspensions combined with that disaster of a game in philly made the nhl look really really bad yesterday. though it was great tv lol.
