Crosby. I was only able to start really following the Pens this year (first chance to get CI) as I was stuck watching Wild games (nothing like seeing the same teams over and over).
I must admit my fascination does go back to the days of NHL 92 and the awesomeness that was the Pens team with Coffey and Murphy at the blue-line.

Favorite past player HAS to be: Mario
Current favorite player: Jordan Staal
Mario, because we all know what he has accomplished throughout his career, also battling through countless struggles with injuries and his health.
Jordan Staal, just because I love his style of play, his all around game. Not only can he score goals, but he is wicked on the penalty kill, and just an overall solid player in his FIRST year in the NHL.
