either let Brunson attempt to solo us or hope their shooters aren't ready for primetime.

Brunson is low key a flopper too. How the refs play this will be interesting.

On 4 games against the Knicks, Tobias averages 6ppg on 31 FG%. The lowest ppg he averages among all NBA teams.

In 4 games against the Sixers, Brunson averages 22ppg. Which is 6pts below his season average. And is shooting only 40% from the field.

Knicks are favorites to win game 1 but Sixers are the favorites to win the Series.

Josh Hart is the guy I'm scared of. He personifies all the things we're not: a high energy/effort rebounder, selfless passer, and opportunistic scorer. He averages 14 rpg(!) in 4 games against us this year at 6'4. If we're not able to win the battle of the boards, then we're going to be in trouble.

Nurse job to instill that same kind of hustle and energy in our guys. we're going to have to out hustle the Knicks because on paper, we're the better team. No disrespect to the Knicks but we have no business being intimidated by a Brunson led team full of role players

This is a good matchup for Embiid. Neither robinson or Hartenstein will be able to stretch him out on defense so he play the roaming roll. Neither is really strong enough to play him straight up either so he should be able to get his usual amount of free throws. It's going to come down to Oubre, Hield, Lowry and Tobias hitting their shots when he's double teamed.

I really thought this series would be ours, but after seeing Jojo last night I'm really concerned going forward.

The Heat plays differently than pretty much anyone else, so there's that, but I wasn't expecting Jojo to look like that last night. He did look worse, and I'm wondering if it was just that game or will we see that and worse moving forward. This will not be answered til game 1 though.

It´s already decided melton is out? He could be a nice adiction defending Brunson, if healthy, but he´s probably out...

I have a feeling the Knicks will outtough us, outrebound us and outshoot us. If Embiid was healthy, I would pick us in 6....But he's not and I think we lose this in 5 games. Pray I'm wrong or I'll never hear the end of it from all the annoying Knick fans.

Melton is almost assuredly out for the entire playoffs. He has a back issue and every time he's come back he doesn't even last a game. Not only is he out for the playoffs most likely, he's probably played his last game as a Sixer. You don't want to be signing guys with back issues and he's not good enough to risk a contract on.

Council is actually the wing to somewhat match Hart's physicality and athleticism. KJ as well. Both of these guys possess the energy, strength and athleticism needed.. But I prefer Council since he's an actual threat to score.

If Tobi plays like a coward than we should hopefully see those two cut into his mins. We don't have time for a 30 y.o plus nba player to not be scared of the moment.

I agree with you, although I wonder if NN has the balls to make that move in the playoffs. Tobi doesn't need to play in the 4th, and from this game he was out in the end of it with Batum. Hopefully that continues, as I do think Batum, Council, or anyone not named Tobi is better in the 4th quarter.

How many times do we really have to see Tobi get his shot blocked?
