The main problem WWE has that NXT does not is that they don't give these champs compelling feuds to allow them to keep themselves over. Nobody cares that Baszler has had the NXT Women's Title forever because she goes out and puts on quality match after quality match in compelling feuds that the fans are into. On the main roster, though, they put a belt on your and then proceed to put you in the worst feuds imaginable with people who aren't capable of great matches and expect you to stay over.

That's not how it works. Feuds are a two way street. No one is getting over in a three month feud with Baron Corbin because Baron Corbin sucks. No one is getting over in a long feud with Natalya because Natalya sucks. They need to start leveraging some of the actual talent on the roster and allow those performers to shine by putting on bangers, because good matches between talented wrestlers is how you keep fans invested in feuds.

You guys wanna know something crazy? When WrestleMania 50 happens, Rhea Ripley will be 2 years younger than Shayna Baszler is right now. Rhea is 23, Baszler is 39.
