Sochan loses the ball, Zach hustles on the floor to save it, passes out to Sochan who ONCE AGAIN DOES A POST UP SPIN AND SHOT AND J MISS despite team mates being open. FML

We were JUST up for a longer while and now down 10 already with 3s made against and 3s missed by us.

We take enough of them, don't make enough of them.

1ST Q: SPURS 29 MAVS 40

It was *just* 24-24. Since, it was a 16-5 barrage to finish the Q on the strength of their five 3s to our 3, three more FTs, and five more FGAs (three more made shots).

O boards are hurting us. With Wemby out, Zach started at C but picked up two quick fouls leaving us vulnerable at rim protection. We are down 15-9 overall and 4-1 on O boards.

We need to get more physical.

And Keldon needs to drink some pickle juice to get over what looks like a hangover.

Zach high low to Sochan who posts up in rhythm and gets in to the paint to rattle in a J.

He looks MUCH MORE relaxed out there without having to work off of Wemby. More comfort with Zach, and hopefully that carries over to Wemby at some point.


But he is looking terrific so far tonight overall.
