Mo Williams' response to Dwyane Wade's comments that LeBron didn't quit on the Cavs:

"He's not a quitter," Wade said. "He didn't quit."
"LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Kobe Bryant, guys like that understand what Boston's defense was about," Wade said. "Their defense was built on not letting one player beat them. You either settle for the outside shot or you pass to your teammates. LeBron had one bad game in the playoffs. Other than that, he did what he could do with the defense all watching him."
"I don't see where you can get where he quit," Wade said. "He just had one bad game. It happens. Kobe had a bad game in the Finals. They won. It didn't matter. LeBron's teammates didn't help him out that game and it made the way he played even worse. But he's not a quitter. He didn't quit."
"You get defensive with things like that," Wade said. "He's a good friend. You understand people say it because it's a hot topic. They wanted people to react in a positive way or a negative way, just because it's a hot topic to talk about. It's a punch line. They just wanted to have something to do with it. They wanted to feel involved in some way."

Man, Kev durant chirping miami, now mo williams. By the end of the offseason EVERY team is gonna want a go on the miami heat. Miami heat have such a big target on their backs now. Should be an interesting season.

this is gonna be good. I love the way Mo Williams has heart and doesn't give a politically correct response to this. We need more witty guys on our team. It shows commitment not cockyness.

I don't feel sorry for this forced reserve all star Mo Williams at all lol...he begged not to get traded here and now he must dwell in his own stupidity.
What did Wade say that was so wrong ? everything Wade said was correct in that article.

As much as I don't like the Miami Heat, Dwayne Wade is right. Lebron had a terrible supporting cast. Mo-Williams is no all-star and should not have been on the team. Anderson Varejao, JJ Hickson, Big Z, and others are nothing without Lebron. He had no quality teammates .

Just because they aren't as talented as some of the other players in the league, doesn't mean they weren't trying. If anything, With a talent like LeBron on the court with them they'd want to do everything they can to win for him because they appreciate what he does for them.

did the man just refer to himself in the 3rd person 4 times in two sentences? the ego on this guy huh? LOL.
i know he probably didnt sound that conceded when he said it but in text form he sounds like stacey patton.
