The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Is there any way the Jazz can arrange to play the Blazers every game?
Nice to see 2 strong preformances back to back.

1. Hard to know what to make of a game like this where everyone plays well and the opponent lays an egg, but it was fun.
2. Say what you want about THT but when he's got it going he's entertaining to watch. He's got some moves and he can break down his defender and then either dunk or finish acrobatically. It's fun to watch when it's going well.
3. Sexton with another excellent game as a starter. So far he's looking much better as a starter then when coming off the bench.
4. Kessler had a decent game but the guy doesn't even look at the basket on offense even when he's with the ball and in great position to score. He should take some notes even from Yurt7 when it comes to basic offensive moves.
5. Fontecchio was awesome.
6. The Blazers played terrible defense. You know that's the case when all the Jazz's guard are having no issue blowing by their defender and get to the paint every time they want.

As I anticiped we did not miss George at all.
Will the ball in the hands of Olynyk (2nd game in a row being the assist leader) and Dunn we were simply a more controlled team in offense.

Sexton kept saying before the season started that he was healthy and ready to be the PG starter. But he's only got two chances so far --- the last two games. He is ballin' out given his opportunity, one game against a good team and one game against a bad team. I hope he keeps getting some chances.
I would still like to see Dunn, who is our best defensive guard and who has the best assist to turnover ratio, get the chance for PG starter, but at least Sexton is signed going forward, is a better shooter, is younger and makes the team watchable at times.
The starting combo of George and Clarkson have sucked on both ends of the court so far. Clarkson is at subpar, 49.8 TS% and George is at subpar, 50.0 TS%. In addition, George and Clarkson have the two worst defensive rankings on the team (NBA.com). The rookie has upside, but the blowouts with the George/Clarkson backcourt are hard to watch.

Sexton has had 2 good games in a row, if it's primarily bc he started, then that doesn't bode well unless Hardy and Jazz management decide he is in the future plans at the expense of George starting. THT has also been pretty good the last 2 games and they both seem to have figured out how to slow down a bit yet still use their athletic abilities and energy. I think the beginning fo the season Sexton was pegged to be the spark plug off the bench but maybe that isn't his role after seeing his performance these last 2 games.

Exactly my thought! Looks like they've can't lose properly without George starting. They already missed too much important losses and can't compete with Spurs in the tanking tournament. 5-6 win more and season will be wasted.
