That's the only true part.

The only true part? I'd say your horrific decent into oblivion is equally true. Or are you really excited about the consolation bracket? Do you make room on your trophy case for consolation awards?

How is falling to 8th 'a horrific descent into into oblivion'?

I've done well after a bad draft to get to 8th as it is.

If anything, you are describing your fall from champ to chump.

Blah blah blah. You're awesome, I suck. We get it. You're the greatest thing since sliced bread. In fact, I think I'll name my next kid after you.

Wow, I think Jordan admitting he had a bad draft is a step in the right direction toward a new and improved Jordan. Now all we need him to do is to recant his declaration that me drafting Lebron over Arenas was a bad move, and admit that I was the more astute drafter. 8)

Well, I think my matchup with Griffindor is going to go down to the wire. I think he might just pull out a win at the last moment as he's got a much stronger and larger lineup than I do for the last night.

I wonder if my move to add Udrih is going to be my downfall, it seemed like such a good move at the time...

I liked the Udrih add...it was thinking ahead. I would've done the same.

You are the better drafter.

I'm the conservative-type manager who falls in love with percentages and turnovers.

You take the injury-prone, high-risk, high-reward trades.

Also, you pulled off the trade of the year - Shard for TJ-SWAT

I haven't done the math but I'm pretty sure I lost tonight. My guys just stunk it up. The ones that graced the floor with their presense.

I'll wait for the final tally to congradulate my opponent, but, I think I'm toast.

I'll spend my spare moments today reflecting on how to find playoff success in this league. Can't seem to get over the hump.

Note to self: Don't draft any players from the Eastern Conference.

Congrats to Gryffindor for winning a tight matchup. Good luck in the finals!

Man...I feel really lucky to have pulled that one out.

I was pretty down on my team all week (hence all the scrub adds).

Great game/week, jazzfan.

Is it just me, or is 3Si the team with the WORST lineup to ever make the final round? If coming in at 6th wasn't enough, he doesn't have a legit top 20 guy on his roster. Let's see if his guys play tough or spend the next 10 days in "just happy to be here" mode.

I'll admit, didn't expect this team to make it this far. But this is a season that's filled with injuries, including my team, so anything can happen. Don't over look my wire pickups. Them along with my mid draft picks are the reason why I'm here. And we all know that in H2H, luck plays a big part when you never know who's going to play.

Having said that, I think my cinderella run is over as my record shows against GRIF.

Hey, I'm not trashing your waiver pick ups...half of them were on my team before they made it to yours. 8)

Please enlighten me, other than Roger Mason, who else did I pick up after you dropped him?

Willie Green
and
Mikki Moore (yes, I know, I traded him to you, but for what I got for him, I might as well have just dropped him).

Either way, if 3si wins it all, then that goes to show you that in fantasy, you can just skate by all year, make the playoffs, and win, if you have players who'll turn it on at the end of the year, rather than the beginning.

Also, if 3si Wins, couldn't we officially have the first asterisk for a league champion? Wasn't it 3si who originally drafted Elton Brand in the first round, but then rescinded his pick and picked Jason Kidd instead?

Either way, nice job winning it all. :D
