Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.
1. Specific years for each player on your team 2. Rotations and minutes for each player 3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.
Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Please ensure you give a rationale for your vote; votes with no explanation will not be counted.
If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).
**First to 3 votes advances.**

PG: Steph Curry (2014-15) 16.8 24ppg, 4.3rpg, 7.7apg, 2spg, 44.5% on 8.1-3pta MVP, NBA-1st, AS
SG: Chris Mullin (1989-90) 16.3 25ppg, 6rpg, 4apg, 1.6spg, 0.6bpg, 37.5% on 3-3pta NBP-3rd, AS
Curry takes conley. Mullin takes rayray Pippen takes on KD Malone takes green Gobert against kaj.
Gobert is about as ideal of a defender against kaj as there possibly could be and because green is a sub 29% 3pt shooter we are sagging Karl off him so that he can be there to help on KAJ if needed.
Pippen is about an ideal guybto defend KD as well. This version of Scottie was still an amazing defender and should make life hard on Durant.
Mullin can work on Ray well with his size and heady play.
Curry doesnt have to deal with an elite scorer at point.
Offensivly i think I am superior here.
Mullin is hyper efficient and doesnt have a good cover and he should feast on Ray.
Curry is curry and no one here can stop him, especially when he plays offball, which he gets to do a lot here
Malone is 1 guy that green with have a lit of diffuculty with cause he cannot bully him.
KAJ will be forced to play drop and that gives curry all the room he needs to bomb away when gobert screens.
I also think i have the superior bench top to bottom

FGA Per Player
Spoiler:
Kevin Durant - 17.7 Ray Allen - 19.2 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar - 16.9 Austin Reaves - 7.7 Draymond Green - 5.6 Jon Barry - 3.0 (2.7) Mike Conley - 11.0 Bryon Russell - 6.4
Total: 87.5/88.0
Our attack is two-pronged: we can dump into one of the most unstoppable post scorers of all time, or we can lean on our flamethrowers on the perimeter. Even with his limited shooting, Draymond fits in perfectly with his ability to run DHOs or screen away for KD, Allen, Conley, Reaves, or Barry; playing off Draymond (an excellent screener) runs the risk of giving up a wide-open look to an elite shooter. Defensively, Kareem holds down the paint, Draymond does his "everything everywhere all at once" routine, and KD uses his length to provide supplementary rim protection. Russell is a solid bench option to throw at opposing wings.
Matchup - We'll start with Conley on Steph, KD on Mullin, Allen on Pippen, Draymond on Malone, Kareem on Gobert. Draymond is a great cover for Malone because he can stand up to him in post/elbow isos as well as handle the pick-and-roll as well as anyone. We will trap Steph on the pick-and-roll and trust our rotations behind with Draymond directing traffic. - We've got shooting all over the roster with KD, Allen, Conley, Reaves, and Barry being deadly from outside, plus Draymond functioning as a screener and DHO hub to set them up. Larry's shooting is great in the backcourt but suspect everywhere else, with Pippen's unreliable jumper and Gobert's lack of range giving us some licence to shrink the floor around Malone. - Allen is in for a big series with Mullin guarding him. We will also target Mullin with KD screening for Ray to try and get Pippen switched off him.
Good luck Larry.

I think Fade has better synergy and I prefer his top 3. Gobert may do ok against Kareem but he's not the best offensive partner for Malone.

The 90s are not the 2020s.
For the record I’m OKAY (not great) on the fit. I think it’s fine- I don’t entirely agree with DB. Just saying something working in a players own era doesn’t necessarily mean it works here.

I find a general preference for LR’s build here.
I still don’t love Jazz Conley and it’s hard to get behind Fade’s defensive perimeter against LR’s group. At least LR has Pippen to throw onto KD even if the cover for Ray isn’t optimal.

I think LR is a little more balanced with stronger perimeter D and a superstar guard creator. Pippen-Malone-Gobert frontcourt is a bit low in spacing for a Curry team but Malone's midrange is great at least, and otherwise Pippen is a good fit with Curry and Mullin. I think Durant and Kareem can be guarded well with good individual defenders and help off Draymond. Vote Larry_Russell.

Super close, but I don't put Malone quite on a tier with Kareem, KD, and Steph. Malone/Gobert isn't an awful fit but it's less than optimal. Green and Conley are great complements to that big three.

Right, I was pointing out Fade has two of the best three with Malone not being quite at their level.

Both teams fit well overall. I like Fade talent overall more from 2 to 5 positions. What makes it closer is Steph has a big talent advantage over Conley but its not enough

Im never going to see a finals again.
Thought a team of steph, a better Klay, scottie pippen a dpoy center and an mvp malone would win for sure.

Mullin may be better than Klay offensively but certainly not defensively. Had it been prime Pippen that might have been a difference maker but Houston Pippen is certainly not the same, anyhow Fade had an extremely strong team in this one.

Mullin was a great player but a pretty different player from Klay. Not saying he’s better or worse, just quite different.
