fouls while not shooting

Just asking a question. Is there some data on how many times a player is fouled which does not grant ft, or similarly fouls on a not shoooting player? and eventualy where to find it.

I am particularly interested in those kind of data for Rose and Jefferson, or for other players without other crdible threats on offense.

The objective is to see if there is, and how big of an externality there is by having two good player on from time atempts. And by externality i mean how different would be to have two players on the same team or on differnt teams with respect to free throws.
