My top 8 for today and until the next update:

Wiseman
Edwards
Anthony
Isiah Stewart
Ball
Jones
Bassey
Lewis

I didn't realize how big Wiseman is until recently.
He was my pick to be #1 overall before I studied the other top incoming freshmen. Then I was down on him because I thought he was another Nerlens Noel.
After watching the McDonald's all-american game, I realized he is built very differently from Nerlens. And I moved him up the big board accordingly.

I think this draft will end up being closer to 2018 at the top than 2017.

I think Wiseman/Edwards/Anthony will be the (near) universal "big three" all year.

Maxey-modern CP3 Highschool numbers, extremely excited we could have a Stockton/Kidd/Nash/Paul heir
Anthony-Derron Williams (maybe a better passing Gilbert Arenas)
Wiseman- Gobert/Drummond/Webber (obviously very optimistic)
Edwards-Oladipo (obviously very optimistic)
Precious-Old Grant Hill on the Suns (good speed, great fundamentals, greally good three point shooter, volume and percentage)
Stewart-bigger Montrez Harrell (good bully ball player, good speed, B+ starting 5)
Lewis-Trevor Ariza (3D SF, long arms, probably a steals per game monster)
Carey-Aaron Baynes (great size, let's see on the three ball, good fast break player)
Jones-Derrick Fisher (let's see if he can run an efficient fastbreak without Zion/RJ/Can)
Avdija- top international prospect (let's see)
Bassey-Hopefully Bam Adebyo (needs to get bigger and stronger)
Whitney-Corey Maggetie (we will see)
McDaniels- athleticism/frame (This Thomas?)

The talent level in NBA is getting more and more each year.

I watch vs few high school games so I've been judging by stats, measurables, what others are saying, the McDonald's all American game, and a few YouTube videos.

The stats I saw on Maxey last night were wrong and the video o saw of him today did not have me walking away thinking CP3, more Terry Rozier.

My rankings will change often and I update them when I'm bored so:
Edwards: He's got thelat pop off the screen, moving faster than everyone else speed
Wiseman: He already has an NBA body and has an insanely quick ability to context shots he dosent seem close enough to because he jumps so far, has a great wingspan and jumps with power
Cole Anthony: he reminds me of Gil wet Arenas. But he makes fundamental errors to frequently to be an All-star. I assume that will come with time because he is so skilled he obviously works hard on his game
Dropoff

Solid starter or better teir
-The top 9 are players who I expect to be able to be big time minute eaters on really good teams(25+mpg on teams with title hopes types).
6th man tier
-10-17 are players I have rated as secondary level guys on really good teams (10-25mpg types on title hopeful types)
Solid role player tier
-18-23 are guys who might get DNP'd in playoff games but still contribute well in the role an intelligent coach would have them at. But if the player types of 10-17 get hurt, your not embarrassed to have this group step up.
Situational tier
-24-29 are mostly third stringers/completely situational guys. IE; your in a bad spot if these guys are eating big minutes in playoff games.
Potential tier
-30-37 are guys who have shown to have NBA skills or talents in one form or another and need to work other things out to be worth keeping long-term on a roster.
Not scouted tier
37+
...................................................................................
These are the players I've scouted so far, that I'm ok with publicly ranking.

Wiseman
Anthony
Edwards
Toppin
Okongwu
Haliburton
T. Bey
Hayes
Lewis
Okoro
Smith
Reed
Ball
Nwora
Hampton
Avdija
Ramsey
S. Bey
Vassell
Jones
Joe
Carey Jr
Green
Nessmith
Perry
Stewart
Winston
Mannion
Howard
Maledon
Pokusevski
Tillman
McDaniels
Haggins
Maxey
Siminiac
Precious
...................................................
My final thought on this list is I think I'm underrated the players from S.Bey to Joe.
I expect them to move up on the next list.

This is my big board.
Im getting in, less than 5 minutes before the draft starts. This board I not pretty, I'll make it look better after the draft. But, the board will stay the same.

44 Bolmaro maybe they will work out
45 Nnaji maybe they will work out
46 Richards maybe they will work out
47 Haggins maybe they will work out
48 Riller maybe they will work out

55 K.-Mart Jr. future Euro league stars
56 Perry future Euro league stars
57 Whitney future Euro league stars
58 Wiley future Euro league stars
59 S. Mays future Euro league stars
60 J. Hall future Euro league stars

"W/upside" is relevant compared to their draft tier, not in a flat way. For different players it means different things. It's my way if acknowledging higher risk/reward prospects but not dropping the more sure things.

Overall I think sure thing prospects are more valuable and I want my big board to look how future redrafts will.

So I acknowledge high risk/high reward prospects without compromising my big board or drafting style.

No disrespect to my if these young men. They are all far more talented and hard working basketball players than me. These rankings are just my opinions, obviously my opinions el be flawed.

I'll elaborate on the neanings of the "tiers" in the next post. (Which will be post-draft)
EDIT:
I missed J. Smith and will slide him in just behindT. Jones and he'll start the situational tier (everyone behind him who is currently "role plser" will move to situational)
