Billy Hall's Agent mentions trade

Post#1 » by IrishRainbow » Wed Jun 4, 2008 2:27 pm

Says that if the Brewers are in the trade market and if there's a deal out there that could make the Brewers better, that they are encouraged to either shop or consider Billy....but this isn't a demand, just a suggestion that it'd be something that the Hall camp would not oppose.

Brewers are looking for starting pitching.

They do have some positional prospects that maybe be available.

Any teams out there that would welcome in Hall solo or in a package deal?

He has always been a team guy as he has moved from a super utility guy early in his career to 3rd...to CF back to 3rd. I believe that he was initially a SS or 2B. A couple years ago he hit 36 (I think) HRs...and was the Brewers MVP the year before. Him being moved around (despite being told each year that that position would be his permanant postion) and told that he was part of the future has, understandably, grown tiresome and maybe his run in MKE has just run it's course and grown stale.
