The New York Knicks announced that Jalen Brunson and Bojan Bogdanovic have both undergone successful surgeries for their respective injuries.

Brunson had surgery on a fractured left hand. He'll be re-evaluated in six-to-eight weeks. This injury and subsequent surgery will likely keep Brunson from being a potential injury replacement for Team USA at the Summer Olympics.

Bogdanovic underwent surgery for ligament damage in his left wrist. Bogdanovic is also recovering from surgery on his left foot. He'll be re-evaluated in six-to-eight weeks after the wrist surgery. Bogdanovic is likely to miss the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in early-July for the Croatian National Team.

Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray said he's committed to playing for Canada at this summer's Olympics in France. Murray has missed previous competitions due to injuries, but seems to feel he's healthy enough to suit up this summer.

Murray has yet to play for the senior Canadian national team. He was set to join the Nuggets for the 2023 FIBA World Cup, but did not play after the Nuggets run to the 2023 NBA title.

Victor Wembanyama headlined France’s preliminary roster for the upcoming Paris Olympics.

The 19 player roster includes Rudy Gobert and Nic Batum.

"The key to building the team will be establishing an uncompromising defense," said head coach Vincent Collet.

Bilal Coulibaly, Ousmane Dieng, and Killian Hayes are also on the initial list.

The team will trim down the roster to 12 players ahead of the Olympics.

France are in Group B with Germany, Japan, and a qualifying winner.
