How is Doc one of the 15 best coaches in NBA history?
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"

Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”

So the press conference is at 11:30 at FiServ and Marquette plays at noon at FiServ. Assuming Doc will attend at least some of the Marquette game.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

They only hired him because Marquette great, Apollo 11, was unavailable.

Doc during his presser said he doesn't know where the consulting rumor came from. He was not consulting Griffin or the Bucks before he was hired. So someone is lying.

The difference in public speaking between Doc and AG is night and day. Doesn’t necessarily mean anything on the court but at least I feel more confidence listening to him.

Doc has Aura, that's for sure.

i assume him calling griffin and offering advice was misconstrued. And they probably were seen talking at the In Season tourney in Las Vegas

I was impressed with his press conference. I’m optimistic that he’s what our group needs, I think he’ll get them organized.

Gotta remember Doc has a lot of enemies in the business with their anti-Doc narratives

Charismatic, quick witted, candid, well thought answers to everything. Doc definitely can command a press conference, easy to buy into him as a leader of men especially having such depth of experience in the NBA. Might need to check out those podcasts he did with Bill Simmons now too.

I've been warming up to Doc. Wasn't my first or second choice, but with the assistants he is bringing in and his playoff experiences, I think it will work. Probably not this year. I think too much change has happened without a cohesive plan. But if he can lay the groundwork for next year, I think this team can be really good in the next couple of years.

i think the coaches union and other head coaches not really saying anything about it should speak volumes into what actually happened.

Dude can definitely take control because that answer about consulting was such a lie and they moved right along LOL
