LaMelo, Amen, Green, Jabari, Mark --- Holiday, Brooks, Cam, Tari, Landale
FVV, Smith, Miles, Miller, Sengun --- Mann, Micic, Martin, GWill, Richards
Do both teams like this?

That is tough with Ball always being injured.
And FVV is more than a throw in.

Yeah that's why Mark WIliams is in the trade. It is a tough trade I agree, trying to feel it out by posting on here to get people's thoughts.

FVV at 43 M is not positive value

FVV has been exceptional for us, been worth every penny.
If he isn't valued positively, more than happy to swap him for other neutral money.

He isn't negative either, which means Houston would need to get positive value in order to trade him.

tobias Harris was negative for being a decent to good player paid a max. FVV is negative too imo (to other teams). Houston should just use landale/green/adams etc as filler

I think many teams would add 40 Million in useless salary AND value to acquire FVV.
I didn't have Harris as negative value this year and I don't have an expiring FVV as negative either.

Not many teams have 40M in useless salaries to want to devote to a non star PG. I def can't see the capspace team giving up additional value fpr him

Orlando would and should if he were available in that kind of deal (he's not). San Antonio too if they wanted to win more next year but they may not. Guy was top 20 in epm this year and probably the biggest reason a 20 win team won 41 the next yearGodaddycurse wrote:Colbinii wrote:Godaddycurse wrote:

As for OP I find lamelo to not be someone I want on my favorite team even before thinking about the constant injuries

Do the deal. Add value to get Sarr.
Pg. LaMelo
Sg. JGreen
SF. Brooks
Pf. Jabari
C. Sarr
Bench - would be five guys starting for some teams.
Amen, Whitmore, Eason, Williams.

He was already/always an analytic darling in Toronto. Didnt make him worth anywhere near the contract that houston handed out.

I mean it doesn't really matter what he is worth in a vacuum, he is the best thing multiple teams with cap space could do, just like he was last year for Houston.
I know we have had these discussions before, but Orlando would love to have him for one year and keep flexibility in 2025 Free Agency before they need to extend Paolo and Wagner.

not remotely interested from Charlotte's perspective. If the Hornets were to accept this trade, it can only mean his ankle is completely toast

I'd rate Ball as the most valuable piece in the deal due to having the highest long-term upside. For the Hornets, I'd just keep the Ball/Miller/M Williams core together and see how next season plays out.

So you're trading 2 overrated guys for each over is my read. I've seen worse proposals.

I know this is just RealGM Fantasyland, but I seriously doubt the Rockets consider trading Sengun. Certainly not for that package. And FVV is not just a salary throw in.
