Danny can draft a new Josh Howard with the 30th pick in the draft this year.

PP for Josh Howard??? Really. What the **** is wrong with you guys. Stop smoking, start thinking.

Geez, every time a name is put in the papers that he might be traded, everyone always jumps on trade ideas. Why!?! Danny Ainge has made enough trades, and I believe the past two he made, for Ray and KG, were pretty good. 66 wins people, 66 wins.

I was thinking the same thing. People wanting to trade Paul for trash makes me sick! I know people think it's KG, but sorry, PP is the best player on this team, imo.

Jason Terry, who doesn't show up in the playoffs and an aging Kidd for PP? LOL Someone is definitely smoking something!

I'd rather re sign Posey for 2 more years and keep Ray Allen. Howard is better at this point then Ray but I dont think he is the better fit for this team.

Yeah right...

Ever heard of Bob Marley? Weed was part of his religion, and he rivals Dylan (exceeds in my mind) as the greatest (and most knowledgeable) song writer of the last half-century.

Michael Franti? He smokes the ganja and is the most informed, insightful musician of our time.

I'm pretty sure Bird smoked weed...

Clinton smoked weed... though I'm not a big fan of his, it's hard to argue that he was successful...

Drugs make you sick? So are you telling me that you don't smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, drink soda or coffee, take aspirin or other medications?

The view of "drugs" in this country is pretty hypocritical...

And by the way - I don't do any of the above....

I agree. I'm actually pretty sick of the KG d*** riding (sorry i don't know what else to call it). In every area the team succeeds Garnett gets the credit.

...and Bove's joking right? sounded like a joking type post too me.
Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...

Guy's a moron for bringing up his weed habits in the midst of the playoffs. Duhhhh...

Where do you play him? He's too slow to defend SGs and is more slasher than shooter. He'd make no sense here.

Pierce didn't "change the culture" of this team (to use Pierce's own phrase describing KG). Pierce is not a leader, doesn't get in guys faces, play with maniacal intensity every play. I love PP, don't get me wrong, but it's no coincidence the turnaround happened after we got KG.

I agree, but that doesn't mean that everyone who succeeds on this team is because of KG. I hear people saying Powe wouldn't be playing this well if KG wasn't here (even though he was a 20/10 guy in college), Pierce would never play defense (even though he was known for defense when he came into the league and played good defense on a defensive team with O'brien) if KG had never arrived. That's the kind of crap that I get tired of. No one on this team would be any good without KG.

^Well, you're right on those points. Powe was pretty damn good last year without KG. But KG's impact cannot be denied!

After the NBA, Josh Howard is Europe-bound.. he'll be playing in a Dutch League (if there is one)

I'm thinking of starting a new poll...

I could care less if Josh Howard smokes weed. He shouldn't have gone on the radio and been so honest. An additional distraction + it forces the NBA to make PR related moves in the form of more random drug tests or what not.

That aside, everyone's entitled to a slip-up here and there. And I really like Josh Howard. And his value's at a low point...so I feel this is a valid thread

But I'd rather see us trade up to wherever we need to be to land Brandon Rush. I think its easier accomplished, I think Rush can more easily fit on the floor as a SG and would be a better spot-up shooter, and I think he is the more talented player with better upside than Josh Howard starting in a year or two.

Scal.

In all honesty, I definitely cannot see Ray or probably even KG doing it.

Pierce, Perk, I can see...of course no one compares to the master of the ganja when he was here, Ricky Davis!

Celtics likeliest to partake in smoking the Devil's Herb during the offseason, from most to least likely:

1. Pollard
2. TA
3. Scal
4. Big Baby
5. P2
6. James Posey
7. Perk
8. Eddie $$$
9. Sam I Am
10. Smilin' Gabe
11. Rondo
12. Leon
13. KG
14. P.J. Brown
15. Ray Ray
