Because Hedo was off balance and threw it out of bounds trying to flop?

And Billups is on balance when he lowers his head and charges in to whatever defender is on him without even trying to make a basket?

are you kidding? do you not understand ANYTHING about momentum? Not only are those 3 points extremely important, but it gave Detroit their momentum back. They were up 10 at halftime and were about to be down 1 going into the 4th quarter. That changes everything.

Magic get robbed. Don't be surprised if SVG says some stuff to get a fine in his press conference.

The refs always, always, always stop play if the clock stops. Somehow, during a playoff game, they don't bother. Not one of the 3 refs happened to notice the clock. Thanks.

Not that my opinion matters, but Magic got screwd pretty bad. It happens I guess, at least the Magic know they can compete with the Pistons now. The series is far from over.

DETROIT BASKETBALL! Man I love that chant, it's freakin awesome

Don't even bring that garbage. None of the Pistons fans are denying the terrible call involving the game clock at the end of the 3rd quarter. It was a terrible break for Orlando, but the clock operator is from Minnesota so he wasn't favoring the Pistons and the rule states that the refs can't look at replay unless the clock is all zeros.

I'm not even gonna bother reading the thread because I know exactly what I'll see; a bunch of crying. Yes, it was a bad call at the end of the 3rd quarter. But ya know what? There were plenty of other bad calls in the game going both ways. That one was just particularly noticeable because of the circumstances under which it occurred.

You think any Piston fan is happy about it? We're gonna have to see it replayed on SportsCenter a million times and have to listen to fans cry about it non-stop for the next 48 hours and maybe longer. But it is what it is. The refs are part of the game and right now Detroit is up 2-0. Deal with it.

This is one of the biggest screwjobs I have seen in the NBA, and I have been watching for quite a while.
